Banana Protein Pancakes with Protein Yogurt, Bananas & Summer Berries

Stack ’em up! Banana Protein Pancakes with Protein Yogurt, Bananas & Summer Berries ‘cos it’s Saturday & that’s just how I roll! The healthiest pancakes you can ever eat, took me a couple of batches to perfect my recipe but it was worth it, the macs on these are on fleek. I’m off to the gym to train have a great day x 4 Pancakes for 1 serving Macros for 4 cakes are 225cal P30 C17 F5 Smartpoints for 4 pancakes are 3sp (without fruit & yogurt garnish). Recipe makes 8 pancakes. Here’s the skinny: 
1 Medium Banana

2 Eggs

50g (2 scoops) Unflavoured MyProtein Impact Whey Isolate or similar protein powder

1/2 Teaspoon Sweetener

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Break the banana up in a bowl & add all the remaining ingredients. Whizz with a hand blender until it forms a smooth batter. You can flavour with vanilla or cocoa powder if desired just remember to adjust macros & points accordingly. Heat a large non stick frying pan & ladel in the mixture to form medium sized pancakes. You should get 8 pancakes, 2 servings from the mix. Cook on each side for about 1 minute until brown & golden flip & repeat process until all pancakes are cooked. Serve with garnish of your choice, I served these with protein yogurt sweetened with vanilla & sweetener & fresh fruit, remember to adjust points or macros for any additional garnishes. Enjoy x
