It has to be said, I can’t even deny it, I have a slight penchant for diet fizzy pop. I kicked it to the curb once before but in the last few days it has made it’s sneaky way back in to my life. Yes diet soda is free on all weightwatchers plans but it is incredibly bad for you & your weight loss efforts. First off there’s the bloating it brings from all the artifical sweetened fizz, secondly it makes you crave sweet things & thirdly the artifical sweetener itself, all round yucky habit & disasterous for your diet not to mention your health! So I’m kicking it to the curb again & this time I’m not going cold turkey! Fruit infused waters are the new thing in town, the latest fad but extremely good for you & your weight loss efforts. We all know drinking more water helps you lose weight & it’s easier to drink if it’s infused with all kinds of goodness, you will also drink more as a result & all the different fruits each have individual health benefits. Try different combinations of fruit or adding herbs like basil too.
